The Yukon Geological Survey will be hosting a meeting in Dawson City to discuss our work to study a landslide hazard on the west bank of the Yukon River near Sunnydale.
An opportunity to learn about ongoing monitoring efforts and the results of modelling to understand the potential impacts of a landslide. This could include flooding of the downtown and erosion of the dike.
Food will be provided, so come by to grab a sandwich and chat with YG.
