Bidding Opportunity: Invitation to Tender
Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Government is inviting Bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the TH Training and Supply Hub at the southernmost end of LOT 1090 QUAD 116B/03 TDH C-4B/D 106169 CLSR known as the “TH Assets Compound” in the C-4 Industrial Subdivision in Dawson City, Yukon.
Electronic versions of Bid Documents will be made available to Bidders by sending an e-mail to Tyler Fissel at: tyler@kza.yk.ca and bid documents may be viewed by request at;
- the office of the Consultant located at Suite 26- 1114 Front Street, Whitehorse, Yukon or
- at the Office of the Owner located at Housing & Infrastructure Department, Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Government, Hähkè Steve Taylor Building, 1242 Front Street, Dawson, Yukon.
Printed sets of Bid Documents will not be made available to Bidders. Electronic versions of Bid Documents have been provided to Integraphics located at 121 Galena Road, Whitehorse, Yukon. Bidders are able to contact Integraphics for printing Bid Documents at the cost of the Bidder. However, in order to receive addenda, Bidders need to be added to the plan holders list by sending an e-mail to: procurement@trondek.ca and tyler@kza.yk.ca
The bid period will close Friday, February 16, 2024 at 12:00PM Yukon Time. Bids submitted after above time will be returned to Bidder unopened.
