The Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Heritage Department is seeking donations of traditional foods for demonstrations and workshops at Moosehide Gathering, happening July 25-28. Some items sought include moose/caribou bones and insides, as well as tongues, noses etc. We are also seeking an unprocessed porcupine, as many of us have never seen the traditional preparation method before.
