The Tr’ondëk Hwëchin Post-Secondary Education and Training Committee is seeking new members. This committee meets a minimum of four times per year and meetings are usually held during lunch hour. Committee members are compensated for their time through honoraria.The Post-Secondary Education and Training Committee:• Approves post-secondary funding applications in compliance with Post-Secondary Education and Training Policy• Considers and votes on matters related to post-secondary education (policy updates, developing care packages for post-secondary students, etc.)• Reviews and makes recommendations to post-secondary education and training policy, funding allocations, and other issuesCandidates should have a basic understanding of budgets and financials.
