Information: Sign up for a morning of self-care while practicing Hän. Enjoy tea and a foot soak with Fran Morberg-Green from Rooted in the Land. Hand and foot massages by a registered RMT. Light snacks provided! Lessons in Hän focused in self-care, traditional medicine and nature. Bring swim wear and comfortable clothes.
