TH Trust Disbursement Payments: Receipts Due by December 31, 2020

The Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in are preparing to issue grants from the money recently disbursed from the TH Trust. As per the Disbursement Policy, citizens must submit receipts or proof of purchase from the previous grant received to be eligible for this disbursement allocation. Now is the time to do that if you haven’t already. If you don’t submit your receipts or proof of purchase, you will not be eligible for this next disbursement.

Receipts or proof of purchase must be mailed to the TH Finance Department, Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Government, PO Box 599, Dawson City, Yukon, Y0B 1G0 and be postmarked no later than December 31, 2020. You can also scan and email your information to disbursements@trondek.ca before December 31, 2020. Receipts or proofs of purchase received after December 31, 2020, will not be accepted.
